Reporting an Issue

If you run into an error, please follow the steps listed below before sending us an email at [email protected] . These steps will ensure that we will be able to help you fix your problem.

  1. Right click on the competition site and choose "Inspect".

  2. Go to the top of the inspect window and click on console. You may have to widen the window for console to become visible.

  3. Repeat the action that is giving you an error.

  4. Screenshot the console window that shows the error.

  5. Send that screenshot to [email protected] , along with a description of what isn’t working for you. We will respond as soon as we fix your problem!
