If you are trying to login with a work email, you need to make sure from the admin side of the email account, that it allows Youtube permissions. The Service Status Setting needs to be enable. If it's not, it won't allow you to login to YouTube.

Another option would be to connect your personal gmail account. Gigg doesn't pull directly from a YouTube channel, so you can connect really any account. Gigg will pull in content using the keywords added to your account!
